The basic concept of the "Being Human" club is to raise awareness in school and direct that awareness towards charities and fundraisers for people in need such as refugees, orphans, the homeless, and so on. Usually, many events are gone unnoticed and people in need are ignored by adding this club to Foothill, we are making the students more enlightened and illuminated about modern-day conflicts. We plan to expand our reach to other individuals by making appealing presentations and impactful messages that will give us an opportunity to proactively act on the issues that we want to address. We will lead by example, be open to feedback, and won’t be hesitant to make bold decisions if it’s in the larger interest of the community and club. With this in my mind, our goal is to accentuate different ways to serve people who are less privileged.
