Thank you for showing interest in joining one or more of our amazing clubs! We're excited to have you on board and look forward to seeing you at upcoming meetings. Becoming a member is a simple process; just follow the steps outlined below.
Steps to Join
1. Contact the Membership Officer
The first step to join our club is to reach out to the Membership Officer. You can find their email address under their name on the club's individual page. Simply shoot them an email expressing your interest in joining the club.
Example Email:
Subject: Request to Join [Club Name]
Dear [Membership Officer's Name],
I hope this email finds you well. My name is [Your Name], and I am interested in becoming a member of [Club Name]. I have read about the club's activities and goals, and I am very excited to be part of it.
Could you please provide me with the necessary steps to join? Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards, [Your Name]
2. Follow-up
If you don't receive a response within a reasonable amount of time (generally 5-7 business days), you have another avenue to connect with the club either via the club's general inbox (also located on the club page) or escalation to a Club Councilmember.
In Case of No Response
Contact the Club Councilmember
If the Membership Officer is unresponsive, you may contact the assigned Club Councilmember. The email for all Club Councilmembers is council@foothillclubs.com. The Club Councilmember can step in and connect you to the club officers.
Example Follow-up Email:
Subject: Follow-up: Request to Join [Club Name]
Dear [Club Councilmember's Name],
I hope this email finds you well. I initially reached out to [Membership Officer's Name], but I have not received a response. I am very interested in joining [Club Name] and would appreciate your assistance in connecting me with the club officers to proceed further.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards, [Your Name]

Once you're in touch with the appropriate club officer, they will guide you through the remaining steps to officially become a member.
